Important Note:
- Packages are generally dispatchedĀ on the same day if we receive your order beforeĀ 2 PM or else on the next Business day and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
- We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees if any will apply to each of them.Ā
- Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during working days between Monday through Saturday: 9AM to 7PM. Working days exclude public holidays, festivals and Sundays. Return Policy

Our Return & Refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not yet been dispatched and in the case of a damaged product received.
- In the event that a damaged product is received, please contact us at help@atpu.in with a photo/video of the damaged product and your order number within 24 hours of delivery. We will resend the sweet as soon as possible at our cost.
- Returns are not allowed just because you don't like the sweet or it doesn't meet your expectations. Taste is a subjective matter and we apologize for any disappointment this may cause.
- To request a refund, please contact us at help@atpu.in with your order number and reason for the refund request (Only in case of Damaged Product).
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
