We are looking for a Multi-Facetted Business Growth Personnel who is proactive, versatile, and deeply aligned with our company’s vision. You will be responsible for managing leads, assisting customers, executing day-to-day operations, and ensuring cross-functional coordination across our internal teams.

Work Mode & Schedule
- Location: Full-time Remote (Work from Home)
- Requirements: Own laptop with good internet connection
- Work Hours: Flexible — aligned with team schedules
- Experience: 0 to 1+ years (Immediate or near-future joiners preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales (60%)
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Understand and communicate product features, pricing, and personalizations
- Generate leads via cold calling, prospecting and lead generation activities via youtubers/influencers
Client Retention & Issue Resolution (10%)
- Listen to new and existing clientele needs, customer objections and delivery issues if any, address concerns via different platforms and resolving intime with smart decisions and cost cutting/optimization techniques.
Operations & Cross-functional Collaboration (20%)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Collaborating with other cross-functional departments like Fulfilment Team, Logistics, Finance, Tech, Marketing end-to-end to ensure customer needs are met.
Administrative Support (10%)
- Assist with admin adhoc tasks with inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, billing, accounting and ledger management etc,.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience or interest in any B2B or B2C Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, D2C, Banking, or Logistics
- Fluency in Telugu and English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus)
- Preferred Education: B.Tech, BBA, or MBA with strong academic record
We will guide you through every step for few months, training every task meticulously and monitoring your progress to ensure you're comfortable with our company's standard operating procedures.
As you become more confident overtime, you'll be expected to self-prioritize tasks effectively and delegate things & workload timely and ultimately transitioning company from a founders-driven approach to an employee-driven methodology.
